Yup. IMO people behind BIP-110 are mostly honest Bitcoiners while those who captured core have shady tactics and some are completely different than they were in past. I mean intellectually they are something else. I've observed that when I came back. Some of those people (mostly based in USA) are probably under threat and some sold themselves.
