I really like the concept of people being able to easily tip people for the content that they want valuable.
I also really like how Twitter's "we need monthly payments due to bots" is disproven with a cheap payment to an established relay server. A $1 payment is nothing for one account, but for 10,000 bots that becomes $10K.
All without forcing you to turn over personal information, which saves you again even more.
It's really great and the only issue I see with #nostr is that it's a very crypto-heavy... which is all great, but if you're not interested in crypto then I don't imagine your feed will interest you unless there's other content.
