Most people get the residency for tax benefits but spend their time somewhere else imo. Paraguay has pretty good quality of life but i would not want to spend the whole year there. Costa Rica is kind of a paradise - but i would not want to spend the whole year there either. Europe is fantasic - but also not for the whole year ... 😉
