Would it be accurate to interpret Manchester coding as a degenerate CDMA with a chip rate of 2x the baud rate and a spreading sequence of 0101?
@nprofile1q... sort of ignores how cdma intends to have this relationship with the noise floor and Manchester doesn't have that vocabulary.
