Good grief. I'm soooo glad I bought my current laptop from Tuxedo before all this nonsense. The exact same spec[1] now would cost me at least [£€$]1,000 more than it did then in 2022.
1. 32Gb DDR5 RAM, 1Tb nvme, and Thunderbolt-everything, so 'one lead to feed them all'!
