I was vegan for 2 years and it was the unhealthiest thing I ever did. After that was pretty random and experimented with a lot.

Vegan was pretty rough for me. Cutting out sugar and processed foods was the best this I ever did after I stopped being vegan. Then went to mostly meat,eggs and some veggies, which has worked well for me.

Thanks for answering! Been vegan ( plant based, zero processed food )for 12 years, and I miss the muscle mass I lost being a runner. Hard to keep the weight on! Every Easter I’m tempted by the lamb thought. HAPPY EASTER ALL!
