@greenshoots @yiikbert 🫶🏿:niggablushhearts: Yes, it's most commonly observed in post-menopausal women as genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), but it also occurs in hypoestrogenic younger women – various ovarian disorders, cancer, even side-effects of chemotherapy, to give a very non-exhaustive example. It's very treatable, albeit not "curable" per se.
