The problem isn’t about what kind of people are where, but rather that some are favored at the expense of others. They are given more rights, and the laws don’t apply to them—and this is done by corrupt politicians who are destroying their own countries. If there were common laws that applied equally to everyone, then there would be no problems, but that is not the case.
