And make sure it's not magnesium oxidate. Magnesium glycinate is more bioavailable and your body absorbs more of it. You pretty much just crap out most of the oxidate.

Shouldn't people ideally get a blood test to see if they're actually deficient in things before taking supplements? Although I recently started taking Vit-D on the assumption I'm low because there's never any sun in the UK.
