I've given up on bringing it up, its almost as if the system has organically produced NPCs that will protect it at all costs.. On top of the secret clubs that are protecting it. They hate dreamers, people who can think of better ways of doing things or people that won't conform. But at the same time some will use you for it and them dispose of you.

I talk to people that want to talk about it. Trying to convince the NPCs is a pointless task, their consciousness will not allow it.
