I am sure when the calculator was invented a lot of people lost the ability to do math in their heads.
Before the iphone, I used to be able to remember 10-20 phone numbers in my head. Now I only remember my own.
I don't really need to know the details of how to set up load balancing or a vector database. But I do need to know the concepts of them, and how they fit the whole, and what I want to use them for in my new project.
