My grandmothers oldest sister had a very small ozone generator in her apartment in Hilo.

Can anyone find a way to stop the things that deplete the ozone layer, and maybe even put ozone back? Would it help the earths water disappearing problem, and/or is that something different. Would any of these problems require collaboration and/or honesty?
