Healthy feedback mechanism are necessary. They are natural so we won't have to implement something "new", we don't have to "work on a solution". just do less of the bullshit we are doing today.
i.e.
- be less afraid to speak up when it feels right.
- be less dependent on powerful people and more connected to trusted ones.
