Most people will spend their life eating this bland supermarket chicken, not realizing that there are 20+ breeds of chicken available in the market, each with its own unique flavor and texture.

You need better egg farmers then! Huge difference in local farm eggs vs supermarket in my area.

I disagree on the eggs. The cheap eggs taste kind of watery to me, but good eggs have a delightfully intense flavor. But if you mean from one breed to the next, yeah, I haven't tasted a difference.

You've never had a farm fresh egg with bright orange yolks? Some of the big producers are adding something to the diet to give orange color.
