@Dad Don't be surprised if it's kidney stones. Not drinking enough water can cause them, which is what happened to me and the gut pain is crippling. It went on for weeks. Funny thing was while prepping for ultrasound I had to drink a shitload of water and the pain mysteriously started to fade. Scan showed three stones in my right kidney and after fixing my hydration they eventually dissolved on their own and I've never had that pain since.
