It’s been a heavy week. My uncle passed away unexpectedly.

He was the kind of man who truly lived. A doctor. An adventurer. A family man. The kind of person who filled the room with energy, curiosity, and heart. Just a really good man.

And reflecting on his life, I realized something.

I don’t want to mourn him by shrinking into sadness. I want to honor him by living the way he did.

Life is short. Blink-and-it’s-gone short.

So go on the adventure.
Light up your world.
Follow the excitement.
Stop overthinking.
Follow the music when you hear it.

Love fully, without fear.
And allow yourself to be loved the same way.

Say the things. Take the trip. Laugh louder. Live brighter.
