I have reached the age where I hurt myself while doing house maintenance and cause myself to bleed, but don't realize it until someone else notices.
Worrying. I try and keep myself young through exercise and various breathing exercises but life is fragile - especially over Xmas season when it all goes to shit 🤣🤣
