Syncing a Bitcoin node over Tor isn't feasible.

I run both on Tor, and did my initial sync via Tor and I2P... sorry, I can't give you any useful advice here.
That said, I never heared of the Veilid network. If it supports TCP traffic, it *could* work. But you'll have to manually bind to it... That said, TCP is TCP, so, it could work, perhaps.
