Two people, a man and a woman, standing outside in front of a car while one is holding a sign saying "REPTOID ROYALTY" a picture of a smiling Barack Obama with snake reptile eyes and tongue sticking out and a pentagram on his forehead. Underneath is the text "NO BLUE BLOODS IN THE WHITE HOUSE!". The man is wearing a black and white striped hat saying "THOUGHT CRIME" horizontally striped trousers, and a belt saying "FREEDOM".
