New lows since beginning of war in Dubai Real Estate..

2 years ago I was thinking about "diversifiying" (selling) one rent-out unit as part of my retirement plan in a major Western European business hub for Dubai property.


I mean what do I know. Seems as if anything you do these days is risky.. Glad I have not done it but what the heck is safe and pays CF each month?
