Russia threatens strikes on UK military targets, ‘catastrophic consequences’ over Ukraine: Russia warned Thursday that it could strike British military targets inside and outside Ukraine if Kyiv uses long-range British cruise missiles against targets deep inside Russian territory, according to reports. This came a day after Moscow accused Ukraine of striking a shopping center in Russian-controlled Donetsk with British Storm Shadow missiles, wounding civilians, including children. (Fox) (AC-Even to a casual observer, it it obvious the UK and EU are sabre-rattling hard towards Russia. The purpose is most likely to have Russia strike a NATO country, and drag the US into re-engaging with NATO against Russia. It's a dangerous gambit, and not likely to end up as envisioned.)
