That's from a very well insulated modern building, so it stays pretty warm even with power (and heat) off most of the day.
Overall in Ukraine every single large thermal power plant has been damaged or destroyed by Russian attacks. One of the few exceptions is the three nuclear plants in unoccupied Ukraine. But Ukrainian intelligence thinks Russia is preparing to bomb them as well. Most likely non-nuclear infrastructure on the sites (Russia has already attacked transformers next to nuclear plants). But hey, Russia was willing to bomb the Chernobyl containment so who knows.
