The flu stole two weeks of my life… what do you do to stay healthy? #asknostr
Daily training. A lot of eggs and meat. 🍖 🥩 No fast food, no softdrinks, no frozen pizza.
And if flu symptoms really start I drink a lot of tea. I mean really a lot… like one cup after the other. So much that you can rent ‚hotel toilet’ for half of the day. Ribgrass mainly. Camomile and Peppermint too.
