Shouldn't there be continually more flexible hashrate being added or static hashrate being relocated to grids that need demand response / flexible load?

With all the new renewable generation that's being added to grids all over the world.

The number of hours with negative intraday prices is still increasing in some grids if I'm not mistaken.
