Maybe they aware of their financial situations enough to know how many children they can support.

The solution is to stop thinking that way. Kids aren’t that expensive.

You will never be able to afford children. But when you have them, you figure it out. You can't wait for the right time, it doesn't exist. If anything, the longer you leave it the harder it gets (age!)
