Last Friday, I connected my laptop to a TV with an adapter, only to find out that my TV is too old for ProMotion technology, and that's why my TV was flickering when connected from a computer.

So, I had to lower the refresh rate to avoid this ever happening again, and will remain lowered to follow CRT refreshes.
