sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
Hi Jack, the long held theory is that sweating profusely for short periods of time is a very healthy endeavor. People
claim it detoxes the system.
Personally I love it.
It’s a big activity in Scandinavian countries.
