True story:
At a job a few years ago there was a Muslim and a Jew. As would eventually happen, one day we all ended up at the same lunch table together. I could feel the tension and wanted to understand it better. After lunch I asked the Muslim if they could help me understand it. They told me I was imagining it and there was nothing wrong. Then I asked the Jew. They said if I really was interested in understanding it to read the book "Islam and Dhimmitude" and to have a copy of the Koran to check the references while reading. The time spent was well worth it and gave a deeper understanding of the conflict.
