It's 2025. It's perfectly possible to have citizens deciding which parts of government they like to fund and which parts they want to block in real time.
People should just decide where they want to put their money, I am not too optimistic with all that democracy stuff. Like you pay a guy to do something, I he doesn't do it, he doesn't get paid. No need to micromanage everything. We don't do that for other stuff as well
