How is location tracked and shared selectively?
Location is not tracked in the traditional sense (the app is not fetching constant updates).
When you hit the button, your device takes the GPS, encrypts together with your custom alert message and sends as kind 694.
the event is published to ~6 relays, while your Watcher's devices are listening to your 694 alerts, and when they find one, they decrypt its contents with a shared finder Key (shared within your Group of watchers).
