Right instinct on the bank, though that block is a Play Integrity check, not a real technical limit. GrapheneOS passes basic integrity but fails Google's device certification verdict, and banks that demand the stricter one refuse to run. Some have loosened their checks since 2024, so sideloading the APK again can sometimes just work.
