the benefits show up at between 0.5 and 4.0 mg per kilogram of bodyweight. To match the test data at the low end, a 200lb man would need to take 45mg, or around 2.5 droppers full of 1% solution. Above 15mg per kilogram of bodyweight, and the benefits start to reverse and will damage your mitochondria.

i started by taking .5mg per kilo a couple months ago, 4 days on 3 days off. the effects have been life changing.

Ok. I have 5% solution, but that means I need to be taking about 7x the amount I've been taking, when only 2x the amount made me feel unwell. I'm pretty leery to actually try that. Maybe now that I'm more used to the low dose, I will better tolerate a high dose. I'm definitely going to look into it ...
