Indeed. I devoted 5 months intensely to nostr almost 2 years ago and still found my feed to be at best meh and at worst …awful. I open it once every couple of months now and generally no change. I had real hope it would outgrow crypto culture but that doesn’t appear to be happening.

People using mastodon or activitypub were also uncomfortable depending on the concept of the instance. Nostr's concept is all about bitcoin right now. So I can't find topics that interest me.
