I love you bro. But politics is more complex than that. If it was so straightforward and simple, you as an American citizen could run for office, win and then set all of them free.

Even Bukele, who heads up a country with less than 2% of the population and a fraction of the percent of the economic & political mass - is taking years to turn the ship around.

It’s all good and well to yell about libertarian principles - and you are RIGHT - but just saying it, and assuming it’s as simple as waving a magic wand, doesn’t mean it is.
