Mike Johnson barely controls the House lol, he certainly does not have the confidence of the party or that of Trump. But yes, the admin abuses EO and it’s part of what I view as a multi-faceted constiutional crisis brought on by the actions of Trump.

Also I think the exception to the total humiliation of Congress by this admin has been the codification of the Epstein Transparency Act by Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie. Imagine that one keeps the admin up at night :)
