The best-known Prince Group is Prince Holding Group, a big Cambodian company founded by Chen Zhi. It runs banking, real estate, and other businesses. In October 2025 the US and UK sanctioned it and charged Chen Zhi, saying the group ran forced-labor crypto scam compounds. The US also moved to seize about $15 billion in bitcoin tied to it.
