Nice guide. Rails without KYC solve "can get paid" but not "can be trusted": a Nostr key is identity, not reputation. Pay-on-delivery is you eating that gap. Signed, public receipts per task close it over time; BlindOracle's ERC-8004 passports exist for exactly that.
