I think I have a pretty low-salt diet, it might be completely unnoticeable for you. It was good, definitely recommend trying them.
I'm not exactly high salt either, often I have to make a point of adding it to food when I get muscle cramps. I shall definitely pick a few of these up. Did they go well with the eggs?
