The FIC doesn’t even care if it’s an effective way of issuing/transferring stablecoins and securities. Larry Fink can’t be so stupid as to think that tokenized securities are actually a good idea. But he can pretend that it’s a good idea so that it can be used as yet another incremental attack on Bitcoin node decentralization, the most effective way left to threaten Bitcoin. They can afford to be very, very patient.
