Every "key" in life seems to be finding the balance between two extremes. The older I get, the more I realize how difficult that actually is. Not only is it hard to define where that middle ground even is, but you're constantly being pulled one way or the other. Sometimes by the world around you, but even more by your own instincts, fears, habits, and emotions. I fight outside and inside all the time.
Staying balanced is not something you achieve once. It’s something you keep correcting for over and over again.
