Not a single one can prove the AI computed correctly.
Not one.
The doctor trusts the output. The patient trusts the doctor. And the whole thing runs on somebody else’s server in a data center nobody in that hospital has ever walked into.
HIPAA says you need audit trails. Cool. Where’s the cryptographic proof? There isn’t one. There never has been.
For 40 years the math didn’t exist to prove two different machines computed the same thing.
