If I would wager, it’s because they are the only group who don’t have data to train their AI on. Everyone else just used the custome...
I think they're trying to maintain their reputation.
They don't want to jump on the hype train.
I think they want to implement Ai in a minimalistic fashion where the Ai is working in the background to help make your UX better.
That being said, they should probably at least update Siri to be somewhat useful.
