Here's your periodic reminder that one half of the Fed's mandate is a literal oxymoron: they are tasked with creating "price stability" and to achieve that they target a 2% annual inflation rate.

Calling 2% inflation price stability is pure semantic gymnastics.
Stability means no drift. A guaranteed 2% annual loss of purchasing power is by definition monetary debasement, not stability.
Bitcoin doesn’t need targets, committees, or narratives.
Its monetary policy is fixed, transparent, and credibly neutral.
0% inflation. Absolute scarcity. Verifiable supply.
That’s what real price stability looks like, everything else is central-bank marketing.
