I am strongly considering only doing sticker bounties from now on and skipping the monthly contest.
Bounties:
- are easier to manage
- are not subjective
- result in more stickers in public

I just discussed this with my brother in law, a very successful businessman and great friend.
We both agree on bounties only. This gives more people an opportunity to earn some #sats for proof of work. The more work the more public exposure and the more you earn, almost like mining.
If you add the two it’s probably 2.5M+ #sats (this could be 50K sats for 50 peolpe)
One thing to consider is that as far as possible, the bounty theme needs to be executable in as many countries as possible.
