I think they are going to try and prop up the system with Tether. Basically run the playbook that @Matthew Kratter explains here and everything plays out like he says except the US dollar strengthens because the US will sell their debt directly to 8 billion people. They will not need recycled dollars from China ect. Bessent is going to bring in Bretton Woods 2.0. What do you think?

Yes. Using Tether and private bank CBDCs. They will serve as effective units of monetary surveillance.

Because the dollar is a debit-based money, inflation is inevitable, Tether or no Tether. Once people grasp this, they will migrate to Bitcoin. Unfortunately, this realization may not hit until Bitcoin hits $500k - $1m.
