To most people outside the US (and to many inside) the US healthcare system looks dysfunctional (or even dystopian) for all but the rich elite (who *do* get great health care).

@nprofile1q... The very rich do get _expensive_ healthcare in the US, but it is still among the worst in the world for outcomes.
