That’s the general order of strength for perfume and how I gauge how much to spritz on me.
I generally buy Eau de toilette because I find Eau de parfum is a little too strong for me. And my skin holds the lesser strength for a long time anyway.
I have made the mistake of buying parfum a few times and I can’t stand myself 😂
It does last longer on the skin because it is more concentrated. So there’s a trade off. If you can cope with parfum go for it but be gentle with it.
