I think you should just ask the guy what he’s looking for and tell him what you’re looking for. That’s what @𝔼𝕣𝕪𝕟 𝔹𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕔𝕠 and I did and I can’t overstate how nice it is to not find any surprises as you progress in the relationship.
