I buy another crypto like tether or Litecoin and then use a swapper to get monero, or I just buy it off of tradeogre
You can buy #monero with KYC or directly with @Cake Wallet (#sepa, #card, …) and then move it to another xmr address.
Also with #haveno for fiat or in @Hodl Hodl, @Bisq get #bitcoin (in person, etc) and then swap it
