Real estate is an equity and income play.
And it’s inefficient at both.
Own a business (income), buy bitcoin (equity).
I think this is good advice up to a point. Bitcoin is the best play for maximum optionality for your wealth, but it has little intrensic value. You can't live on it, garden with it, rear children on it, etc, so eventually leveraging your Bitcoin to get land is necessary, ideally without losing it all in the process.
